The owner, of Italian origin, acquired it after asking us to find a home in Barcelona with the intention of renting it out. This is a promotion of new homes in a building of which only the protected façade was preserved. The privileged views over the city and high-quality finishes stand out. As for the decorative style, minimalist and warm lines were chosen.
